FOUR FOLD PROGRAM FOR STUDENTS

 Motivation and Instructions to students for an in depth in learning of professional skills, an engineer must    possess.

Faculties are equipped with new strategies to nurture the capabilities and skills of a student to mould him/her    into  a professional engineer.         

Involvement of Head of the Departments in sharing and shouldering the responsibilities is ensured. They are to    bring up the students as professional engineers.

Student committees are to be formed by drawing 10 students from each Branch. Divide them into 5 groups to    take care of various activities for their deeper involvement in placements and recruitments.



FIVE FOLD PROGRAM FOR STUDENT COMMITTEE

Identification of an organization, its strategies, collection of various information on the job description, skills    required, industry expectations etc.,

Analyse Recruitment policies and methods adopted by various organization.  Preparation for participation.

Gathering of information on eligibility tests, technical tests, etc.,

Participate in Personality development tests, personality improvement program, language skills tests etc.

Involve in Paper presentations, Group discussions preparation for participation in other College programmes of    the same nature.
