  1. Students have to register/send cv’s on placementofficer@stanleystephen.net separately for each company.
  2. Name the interested and company you want to appear in the subject line of the e-mail. Registered candidates list shall be sent to the company and intimated the date of interview through email only.
  3. Please visit our college website regularly for more off-campus drives - B.Tech,M.C.A and M.B.A's 2011 passed out students are eligible.

Selection process: -

  1. Selection of the candidates is for future prospective positions and not for current ones.
  2. Candidates have to be willing to take up any role that we may be expected in future (i.e.Java/Mainframes/Infrastructure/Linux/Windows….)
  3. Candidates will undergo the following interview process :
    a. Psychometric Assessment(Online Aptitude Test)
    b. HR Interview
    c. Technical test
    d. Technical Interview
  4. Candidate will have to come to our premises twice (He/she would take the HR Interview and the Psychometric Assessment at first. Whenever the need for any requirement arises, they will undergo the Technical test and technical interview in the second visit). (Note : Colruyt will not bear any expenses towards their travel/stay….)
  5. Since the psychometric assessment is a very difficult and crucial test, hence the pass percentage is 20%.
  6. Incase the candidate is unwilling to take up the opportunity (i.e. requirement in any field/department), he will not be rescheduled/called again.
  7. The compensation for the candidate will be the same, irrespective of any trainee position.
  8. Candidate will be offered only on the receipt of the mark sheets of all academics by the Recruitment Team.
  9. Colruyt will not bear any expenses towards the travel/stay of the offered candidates.

  For <=1 yrs exp requirement I would suggest to look more on Fresher and we have a policy for fresher, candidates who are interested on the same will be selected for the next level of interview process.
  1. 1st 3 months will be a training period and in this training period they are not paid with any salary After 3months i.e. from 4th month to 6th month they will be getting paid with the stipend amount of 6.5k/m 6months is a probation period, if they are performing well in this 6months then from 7th month they will be taken on the permanent rolls of V2softprovided with V2soft benefits and a salary hike, hike will be dependable based on the ratings given by the leads it will varied in between 20% to 50% hike

Interview Procedure
  1. Please make sure they are present in our Guindy office at 10.00 AM. You can get the office address from our website.
  2. There will be a written test for all the candidates. We will reimburse the tickets of candidates who ever has been selected for the interview after the written test. The max ticket fare will be that of 2nd class sleeper. For candidates who are called for another round of interview, we will pay for to and fro and for the next trip.
